Dr. Goetting is an associate professor at the Western Michigan University, Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, in the Departments of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine and Medicine. He is board certified in neurology, pediatrics, sleep medicine, behavioral sleep medicine, obesity medicine and lifestyle medicine. He is also employed with the Bronson Healthcare Group. Dr. Goetting earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He completed a pediatrics residency at Southwestern Michigan Area Health Education Center. Dr. Goetting completed an adult neurology residency, pediatric neurology fellowship and EEG/sleep medicine fellowship from the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor, and completed a pediatric critical care fellowship from Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Goetting is very involved with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and was the past president of the Michigan Academy of Sleep Medicine. He spilts his time between the sleep medicine program and the university’s Center for Clincal Research.
